Brian hosted one the “best conferences” that I have been a part of.  Brian is a true leader and helped set a path to grow our organization.  He is huge supporter of NETC and it is evident with the involvement of his team within NETC organization and by the large number of individuals UGA has sent to previous conferences. He developed vendor relationships that truly benefitted NETC. He has present multiple times at multipole conferences and I believe at gatherings too.
