Neal Vines

During his 40+ year extension and IT career, Neal was an avid supporter and frequent participant in NETC. From the early days as a participant to later years sponsoring NETC as university host in Pennsylvania and Virginia, Neal saw the value of NETC as a professional development opportunity and a conduit for meeting with and learning from IT colleagues across the country.
